Spizzle Dizzle Privacy Policy
We store limited cookies in your browser from the Spizzle Dizzle application in order to maintain your product basket if you are a guest, and to authenticate you if you are a member, which do not retrieve, track or store any personal information that could be used to identify you.
On accepting the privacy policy we only store a value flagging acceptance and a randomly generated key that is also stored in your cookie, this acceptance is stored for 365 days, after which time you will be presented with the option to accept again.
Closing the privacy policy popup will defer it for 30 days, giving full unhindered access to the application.
If you become a member of the application, the details you provide will be used for normal operations such as connecting you with potential customers and other members if you are advertising your own products for sale, displaying your available items along with your contact information to advertise your products or second hand goods, and fulfilling our normal business obligations to you.
We do however use PayPal to process payments (please refer to their own individual policy, link below). We use these internally as part of our normal business operations to process orders and, we retain this information for accounting purposes and other statutory business obligations.
Information held by us will not be shared with or sold to third parties outside of Spizzle Dizzle Ltd, we will only share information with law enforcement in order to notify of, or prevent fraudulent activity, and with our solicitors in the case of unresolved disputes.
